By accessing and using the services of RDRGZ Solutions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
RDRGZ Solutions provides web development, mobile application development, digital marketing, and related technology services. All services are subject to the terms of a separate project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
Payment terms will be outlined in each project agreement. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon completion or at milestones agreed upon in the project scope.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and assets. RDRGZ Solutions retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
RDRGZ Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
